To confirm a provisional booking we need, within 5 working days, a deposit of 25% of the full rental price of your booking along with your completed booking form and signed copy of our holiday letting agreement.

Please note we recommend you take out your own holiday insurance in the event you have to cancel your holiday and we are unable to re-let the house.
